The fund constructs theater and establishes public libraries in villages. It also organizes and finances cultural activities taking place in the two historical houses,Abdel Rahman Al Harrawi and Zeinab Khaton. The fund is also in charge of organizing the National Festival for Narrative films and Aswan International Sculpture Symposium.
