The Center for Grief,Loss & Transition is a nonprofit organization that provides specialized therapy and caring support to individuals, couples and families who are experiencing loss. Our staff includes licensed psychologists, marriage and family therapists, social workers and professional counselors, graduate student interns, all of whom are specially trained and uniquely qualified in the areas of complicated grief and traumatic loss. We are located in two houses at 1129 and 1133 Grand Avenue in St. Paul, in a lovely residential and business area. Our clients tell us that our homes and surrounding gardens feel warm, comfortable and comforting — a peaceful place for hope and healing.
