Adirondack Lakes Survey Corporation (ALSC) is a not-for-profit corporation established in 1984 as a cooperative agreement between the Empire State Electric Energy Research Corporation (ESEERCO) and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC).

ALSC's mission is to determine the extent and magnitude of acidification of lakes and ponds in the Adirondack region. ALSC works together with NYSDEC's Division of Air Resources and receives joint funding from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) and the USEPA.
