unless it changes to a much cleaner technology. Citizens for Alternatives to Longview Power (CALP) is a grassroots alliance of individuals and organizations who beleive that we can do better than Longview Power, a coal-fired power plant proposed to be built near Morgantown in Monongalia County, West Virginia. The air permit is so old now, that Longview does not represent BACT. As part of the Mon Valley Clean Air Coalition (MVCAC), CALP supports smarter growth and development.
